Nestled just 30 miles south of the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, Willow Brook Estates stands as a testament to the vision of its founders: Mr. John Parker Sr., Evelyn Parker, and Ronald Parker, who established this serene sub-division in the year 1979. Comprising two distinct sections—Willow Brook Estates 5-6—this inviting community boasts 230 spacious lots.

This not-for-profit corporation unites every proud owner with a vested interest in Willow Brook Estates 5-6. Our Association's mission revolves around upholding impeccable standards of maintenance and nurturing the preservation and growth of shared spaces.  Guided by a set of Declaration of Protective Covenants, Architectural Guidelines, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations, these governing documents can be easily accessed online or printed for your convenience.
